De Werelth is a small company with a large range of services. From 3D drawing to full implementation: it’s all done in our factory. Thermoform moulds are our specialty, particularly for GN machines. For several years now we produce our own high quality steel cutting dies for cutting bio degradable plastics, PET, PP, PVC and OPS film.
In 2001 De Werelth was founded, designing thermoforming tools, servicing cutting dies and producing mould parts for GN2220, GN3021, GN3625, GN1914 and GN760 tools. With CNC milling machines, a surface grinder and 3D plastic printers we process steel, aluminium and plastics to detailed components. Mould parts can be polished or anodized for perfect smooth final products.
