Due to years of production there can be many damages in the steel main block and in the back of the hotplate, pushed in by the spacers. Also shimming usually causes many damages in the aluminium top block. The sliders on the main block resting on the toggles are usually damaged by the toggle system. All separate elements will be surface-grinded.

The machine will cut much more accurate after our service treatment, and will be in the same tolerance as a brand new machine. It will be much easier to set up a new tool and get a good cut. Also the wear on the dies will decrease significantly. The production staff will be impressed by the new performance of your old machines, we guarantee that!
We can also provide an extra baseplate to be placed between tool and machine, in case shimming is necessary for a certain production run. This way you can prevent damaging to your revised machine.
