De Werelth has over 20 years experience in mould making. Besides the manufacturing of complete thermoforming tools, we also produce inserts and steel cutting dies. Our machine park includes two CNC milling machines, a surface grinder and 3-D plastic printers. We process steel, aluminum and plastics to very detailed final products. Aluminum mould parts can be polished in order to produce perfect smooth final products. With a GN3021 thermoforming machine we are able to produce samples.
For several years now we have specialized in manufacturing steel dies for cutting PET and OPS film, among other materials. As we produce the complete thermoforming tools in our factory, we can offer competitive prices, and delivery times can be kept to a minimum. Also for maintenance you can contact us; we can do any modifications, repairs, grinding and resharpening.
